WHO WE ARE
Engineered in Kentucky. Owned by the people who build it.
Every system that leaves our Kentucky floors carries the name of the people who designed it, welded it, wired it, and tested it. That's what 100% employee ownership looks like in practice not a tagline, but a 1,000-person accountability structure. We work directly with the engineers, contractors, and rep firms specifying high-performance buildings across North America. They get the manufacturer on the phone. Not a layer above it.

ENGINEERED CREDIBILITY
We help write the standards the industry builds to.
When the spec calls for AHRI 920, ASHRAE 90.1, or IAQ-driven design, KCC isn't reading those standards we're partly authoring them. More than twenty KCC engineers serve on ASHRAE technical committees governing dedicated outdoor air systems, energy recovery, indoor air quality, and the method-of-test standards that underpin AHRI certification. That seat at the table is what employee ownership and fifty years of in-house engineering buys.
