KCC Manufacturing Honored with Butler Lifetime Achievement Award

 

KCC Companies was awarded the Butler Lifetime Partner Award by Greg Pasley, President of Butler, at the Butler 2019 National Sales Meeting in Marco Island, Florida.

 

This is the first time Butler has bestowed this award to a recipient. The award celebrates the lasting and successful partnership between KCC Manufacturing and Butler Manufacturing, and recognizes the innovative and visionary leadership demonstrated by KCC Manufacturing.

 

KCC Companies Founder, Al Fiorini, accepted the award on behalf of KCC Manufacturing. "It is with great honor that we accept this award from one of our most trusted and valued partners," Fiorini said. "This achievement would not be possible without the extraordinary efforts and dedication of our key players, Greg Conrad, David Cotner, Cole Fisher, Ike Sherlock, Bob Potts, and Joel Strieter, as well as the Sales, Engineering, and Production teams at KCC Manufacturing.

Manufacturing Class Teaches Immigrants English and Helps them Land a Good-Paying Job

Friday was a proud day at the Kentucky Manufacturing Career Center. 

A dozen immigrants from nine countries graduated from a training program called Manufacturing Training for English Language Learners, or M-TELL. "By 2040, we anticipate that one out of six Louisvillians will have been born in another country," said Bryan Warren, Louisville Metro Government Office of Globalization Director.

"I work in refrigeration tech," Essaid Bennzi said. "I am from Morocco." Bennzi moved to Louisville one year ago. He was part of the previous M-TELL class and landed a job at KCC Manufacturing near Jeffersontown the day after graduation. Read more >
