PRESIDENT
Joel joined KCC Companies in June 1995. Since his arrival, Joel has been instrumental in leading the company through growth, product development and acquisitions, including our HorizonTM product line, RRU product modification line, and KCC Adapter product line. He was selected to lead the Comfort Center Construction Division in 2016.
Joel graduated with a B.S. Aerospace Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy, was commissioned in the U.S. Marine Corps, and is a Desert Storm Veteran. Joel is an avid golfer, involved in church ministry.

BALBACH
CFO
Tony joined KCC Companies in June 1998 and has served as CFO during period of significant growth and corporate valuation for the company. He oversees accounting and human resource personnel.
Tony graduated with a B.S. Accounting from University of Kentucky and holds many professional affiliations and accomplishments. His is a Member of KY Society of CPAs, Member of American Institute of CPAs, Member of Industry Committee for KYCPA, Leadership Council KYCPA.

FOUNDER & CEO
Al, a VMI graduate and Vietnam Veteran, brings over 52 years of HVAC industry experience, including being the founder of Kentuckiana Comfort Center, Inc., and Kentuckiana Curb., Inc. Both companies currently operate under KCC Manufacturing, KCC Heating and Cooling and KCC Construction.
Al participates in local and national charitable causes, and is an avid golfer.

Ike brings over 35 years of strong sales experience to the KCC team. He is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado and an avid golfer.

CURB PRODUCT MANAGER/
CURB QUALITY SPECIALIST
Greg has been a part of KCC Manufacturing for over 30 years, performing in both inside and outside sales roles, and coordinating customer needs with our production and engineering divisions. Greg serves as a roof curb and roof penetration consultant and subject-matter expert for pre-engineered metal building applications, providing design solutions for new projects, as well as trouble-shooting and problem solving for existing projects. Greg also contributes to KCC Manufacturing's curb installation and roof accessory application training.

COTNER
David joined the KCC Manufacturing team in 1988 and has been with the company for over 30 years. David handles our Metal Building Curb Quoting and customer questions.
Laura initially joined our team in 1998 as a contractor for our Engineering Department. The following year, she joined the Engineering team, full-time, to design the adapter product line. In 2011, Laura transitioned into Sales and Customer Service Department to serve as the Project Manager for Adapter and Conventional Curb products. Today, she is our Project Manager and Team Leader for KCC Manufacturing Adapters and Conventional Curbs.
